An accomplished Real Estate broker for 28 years. A transplant from the Chicago area with husband Joe & four kids. We had our first home buying experience in the South Bend/Mishawaka. It was a great experience and truly my motivation to enter the Real Estate industry as we settled here.
I am proud to say I served 8 years on our local board (President in 2004) and have served on several committees over the years. I received the Realtor of the Year award in 2004, an honor bestowed & chosen by my peers for outstanding performance in the real estate industry. This award is not based on number of clients served or amount of revenue generated by said agent. Realtor of the Year is awarded to an individual who displays outstanding leadership, commitment and skill in the industry. Realtor of the Year is judged upon contributions in the field of Real Estate, outstanding qualities, community involvement and additional that factors that set that individual apart.
I serve all areas in St. Joseph and Elkhart counties; including South Bend, Mishawaka, Notre Dame, Granger, New Carlisle and Elkhart. I specialize in single family, new construction, villa/condos, corporate and Notre Dame relocations. I am also trained in housing for senior special needs. My clients and my peers consider me to be excellent negotiator who approaches everything with fairness, honesty and integrity because I believe in these attributes. Attending seminars, extra continuing education projects and community updates add to my knowledge of upcoming events. I am also a certified South Bend Realtor; a designation earned by a small percentage of agents. We are on the cutting edge of all changes in our community as they affect the Real Estate industry. Also, I am certified by the state of Indiana as an educational instructor. I have taught the NAR first three mandatory quadrennials at our Board/State areas.
Presently, I am past president of the Greater South Bend Women’s Council of Realtors and recipient of their Realtor Member of the Year award. Every involvement in the Real Estate industry is important to me in order to fully serve my clients. I respect and appreciate the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers in their “journey” from the first meeting to beyond the closing.
